My bag was very nicely cleaned, it looks just like new. Very happy with the work by Leather Laundry, would highly recommend.
The work was completed on time, customer service was good and team responded in timely manner. They shared before and after pictures, before sending back product, which was also helpful.
My purse was a Gucci , ivory color with solid leather grain, so the stain was quite prominent. They were able to take the stain out completely.
