General Disclaimer
Your use of this website or any information on this website is entirely at your own risk. The Leather Laundry makes no representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy, completeness, suitability, performance or timeliness of the information provided on this website.
We reserve the right to refuse service if, after due assessment, we conclude that it is beyond our capacity to treat or revive the product in question.
Service Terms & Conditions
By entrusting your leather goods to us, you agree to the following terms that govern the restoration and care services we provide:
- The product may not retain its exact original look and colour after the normal cleaning procedure — we hold no responsibility for the same.
- Scars, veins, tic marks, natural spots and marks may become more prominent after cleaning — we hold no responsibility for the same.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages and stains that cannot be removed.
- At times, we may not be able to find the exact same finish as your fittings — replaced fittings may vary slightly from the original.
- In case of leather panel change, there could be slight colour variation as it is sometimes hard to find the exact same shade for tricky colours.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur in products which cannot endure normal cleaning due to age, wear & tear, or inherent material defects.
- We will not be held responsible for any colour bleeding, damage, colour change or shrinkage arising from inherent weakness of materials.
- Customers are required to check all items sent to us for money, jewellery and other valuables — we are not responsible for loss or damage of valuables found.
Delivery & Transit
The standard time to fix your product is 18–21 working days, applicable only under ideal working conditions. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to fire, natural calamity, larceny, strikes or similar abnormal circumstances.
- For services outside Delhi NCR, we are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred during transit.
- We provide the best possible protective packaging to ensure safety during transit.
- Upon pickup, customers are required to pack their product carefully to minimise chances of damage during transit.
- A reminder call will be given prior to delivery — unanswered calls will be treated as the client's absence and the product will not be delivered.
- The customer will be contacted twice before delivery. If no response is received, the customer must arrange delivery independently.
Express Delivery Options
For urgent orders, we offer two express delivery options at an additional charge:

To request an express delivery option, please mention it at the time of placing your order on WhatsApp.
Payment & Fees
The following additional charges may apply in specific circumstances:
For orders picked up but not processed due to non-acceptance of quoted price.
For returns sent back for rework on orders less than 3 months old.
Products are handled with utmost care at The Leather Laundry. However, due to different chemical and physical properties of leather, certain stains or spots may not be removed. Our services will remain fully chargeable in such cases.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (under Indian Law), The Leather Laundry is not liable to you or anyone else for:
- Any decision, action or inaction taken in reliance on the information in, or connected with, this site.
- Any losses, costs or damages — including direct, indirect, special, incidental, compensatory or consequential damages.
- Your use or misuse of this website or any information or material contained within it.
- The loss or modification of information or material transmitted from this website.
- Any defect, technical problem or virus attached to or arising from this website or server.
- Any injury, illness or allergic reaction sustained due to leather, fabric, hardware, colour, chemical or usage of any products bought or serviced by us.

The Leather Laundry is the owner and authorised user of all intellectual property including but not limited to trademarks, logos, names and designs — whether registered or unregistered — and all marks owned or licensed to The Leather Laundry in association with this website.
This website and its contents are the property of The Leather Laundry and are subject to copyright. The contents are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any modification, reproduction, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content is prohibited under the copyright act.
Exchange & Return Policy
We always strive to meet the expectations of our patrons. In case of grievances received within 3 months of order completion:
- We take the product back for rework at a freight charge of ₹300.
- If the patron is still unhappy after rework, we may offer a refund subject to reasonable terms and conditions.
- If we have reasonable grounds to justify our work or quality, we hold the right to politely decline a refund request.
- Orders more than 3 months old are not eligible for rework or refund.
Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your product in the finest condition and as efficiently as possible.
- We also offer international shipping. For queries, write to info@theleatherlaundry.com
- Shipping charges are included in the cost of all services.
- For transit loss or damage outside Delhi NCR, we recommend adequate packaging by the customer.
